Electrical inspections & testing
To ensure that all of your electrical appliances and systems meet with health and safety guidelines, it is essential that they are inspected and tested regularly. J & M Electrical West London Ltd have a highly skilled team of electricians that are able to provide a range of professional electrical inspections and testing services.
Periodic inspecting & testing of electrical installations are known as an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report).
When should an EICR be carried out?
• Domestic installations at 10 years from new then every 5 years after
• Commercial & Industrial at least every 5 years
• Every time there is a change of occupancy there should be a visual Inspection
